Combining the methods of Reiki and Sound allows the body to use the Sound as a frequency guide, raising and restoring its positive frequency, which allows for the release of trapped emotions and muscle tension, while grounding into a more relaxed state of being. These 1-hour sessions involve lying down comfortably, side by side on massage tables, fully clothed, and receiving the harmonious healing of Reiki energy and
